Once you have ordered your desired gown, it will arrive within 2-3 months. These dresses are made to order which means that once they have been ordered, there will be no refund unless the gown is faulty/damaged.

Shukri Hashi Bridal will not accept liability if the gown does not fit. The sizes given are UK sizes and should be checked in accordance with your country’s size before your order. Shukri Hashi Bridal also does not accept liability should the gown need major alterations or otherwise due to weight loss or weight gain.

All beading is hand-stitched to ensure the highest quality and some beading may become loose or detached during the course of normal wear. This is not a fault of Shukri Hashi Bridal nor can we accept responsibility for loss or damage in this event.
Property and risk of purchase shall pass on upon collection or delivery of the gowns to the customer. Once the gowns have left the premises, Shukri Hashi Bridal cannot accept any responsibility for the gowns, for disinclination or for any damage caused to the gowns thereafter. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that a purchased gown should be inspected at the point of collection thoroughly.  Once the buyer has taken the purchased gown, Shukri Hashi Bridal accept no responsibility for any subsequent damage or discovery of damage.
Accessories and sales goods are sold as seen and no refunds will be given unless faulty.
